BikeNodo is a free digital platform allowing users to register bicycles, publish theft reports, manage personal data and, on a voluntary basis, make emergency information available.

The service is provided "as is", without any warranty of continuity, accuracy or availability.

2. Nature of the service

BikeNodo:

• does not certify bicycle ownership
• does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted data
• does not act as a commercial intermediary
• does not guarantee bicycle recovery

All information is published under the sole responsibility of the user.

3. User registration

Registration is intended for adult users. Minors may access the service only in compliance with applicable laws and under parental responsibility.

Users guarantee that all submitted data is accurate and up to date.

4. Bicycle registration

Bicycle registration is informational only.

BikeNodo:

• performs no checks
• provides no certification
• assumes no liability for false or incomplete data

5. Theft reports

Theft reports may be submitted by anyone in possession of the bicycle token.

Reports:

• are published on a dedicated page
• are not sent to authorities or third parties
• do not replace official police reports

Users bear full responsibility for false or inaccurate reports.

6. B2B area

BikeNodo may host informational listings between professional operators.

The platform:

• does not manage negotiations
• does not process payments
• is not responsible for agreements between parties

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZERO5 S.r.l. shall not be liable for:

• direct or indirect damages
• data loss
• misuse of published information
• unauthorized third-party access

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

Exclusive jurisdiction: Cosenza, Italy.
